I've been a realtor in SoCal for over 30 years. I just wanted to bring to your attention that a full bath is a 4 piece bathroom. Meaning a shower and tub (sink and toilet). A bathroom with only the shower is a 3 piece or 3/4 bathroom and a half bath (a.k.a. powder room) is sink and toilet only). The reason I bring this up is we show our buyers the listing and the selling agent will have that verbiage on the listing. Hope this helps.

I agree with a previous commenter, the layout and design aesthetic is an amalgamation of all the current trends, especially in the kitchen. I instantly saw too many things I’d want to change. The location is also questionable. Why you would build a 4 story McMansion next to a busy street lined with ranch style split levels is odd.

Very nice but quirky mansion. I see nothing but high-end finishes. From wainscotting everywhere, coffered ceilings, quartz countertops, etc. It's just in the wrong location. Very, very busy road.

Yeah, Nice house just in the wrong location for 3M's because people spending that much would not want to be next to a busy road where a vehicle can come flying into the house.... spending that much for a person to potential run into your house and harming you who has enough funds to buy a 3Ms house..... I highly doubt the rich will purchase but some corporation may buy it to inflate the cost of all the other houses they may own and rent out in the location.... LOL

This is very standard for NOVA, and Centreville more specifically. Large yards and slow streets really don't exist here. You'll have to look further west/south to get that for similar money, or fork out major money to live in Great Falls. I know it looks odd, but it's very common for multi-million dollar homes to be plopped in between much older/smaller homes.

Very Nice but WTF What I never understand is the garage on these homes 5 people in the house Now assuming they all drive, why is it only 2 people that comfortably park their cars. Why can’t they make the garage 2 cars deep at least so 4 cars can park inside Here in Ottawa Canada 🇨🇦 I’ve seen some houses like this and it’s a 3 car garage and each garage takes 2 cars for a total of 6 CARS I mean common, make it make sense Architects need to get more creative or is it the builders fault or both I’m assuming it’s the latter.

Of concern: This realty listing company has very bad reviews, some most recent. However, whomever is the builder, it is very nicely done all around (design, color, layout). Elevator is a nice idea, especially with many caring for their elderly parents. Great interior doors. Who is the builder? What is the media room size? Only odd thing, from patio you are looking down into someone's backyard privacy. Maybe add some tall pine trees for privacy. Ok, I will not comment on price :>)
