Hopkins was coming out of college with a ACC best 1405 yards and 18 TDs He had height and decent weight. He definitely got overlooked because all the scouts didn't believe he had elite speed. I'd bet a hundred bucks if he ran a 4.3-4.4 at the combine he would have been a top 10 pick. It just goes to show how much the combine don't matter.
