I love this bag. If I ran accross it for sale in person not sure could resist buying although not very practical for my life style. (I HAVE bags like this I've rarely used. 😏) Style (of course) would draw me but seeing the workmanship displayed here would be too much. The thing is don't have that online. Not only the touchy-feely leather, how feels in my hand, functionality and looks carried but examine (and appreciate) the finishing details. I notice not maker stamped, I'd like that, better yet marked by craftsman who created it. To me be akin an artist proud of his/her skill and artistry. (Selected materials and techniques for the finished product.) Wouldn't give a hoot other people not impressed ("isn't a luxury designer" with a dismissive sniff) I'M impressed, and THAT is what matters. Not that I'm not pleased mind you when when someone admires my 'things'. It's just more important, 'it' gives me pleasure. 😋 Also want to mention - I recently watched a video of what I'll call a reproduction of a Louis Vuitton bag and have to wonder if perhaps one of those 'fake'. It did 'look' like the authentic and pass or be assumed it was. But, watching it constructed I could see it rushed, just a bit at every step. Tiny bobble in the stitching, going through the motion instead of ensuring the reason be fulfilled, things like that. The workmanship shown here in this bag a step above, personally I would choose it over an exclusive 'name'.

What I used is "tokonole".

What is the thickness of this leather? I'm assuming it is veg tan since you used Tokonole on the edges. I've been lead to believe that you can't finish the edges of chrome tanned leather, but I could be wrong. So second question, is it veg tanned? Thanks for producing some amazing craftwork. I only hope I can learn to be so meticulous.

The leather I used in the video is vegetable leather. If you use chrome leather, you need to finish it with a chemical called edge coat.
