Where she basically stated that ”everyone is talking about how Lukes and Nicolas relationship is a PR stunt to promote the show, but katie says that PR is one thing, but luke looking longingly on Nicola in real interviews is another thing" And to that we responsed "Mic drop" which stands for "microphone drop" and is slang for when someone said a dramatic iconic statement or argument which we in this case agree with. Stand up comedians used to do this on their shows after saying a powerful statement followed by dropping the microphone drop, as a punctuation mark. In short, all we really meant was yeess Katie! You nailed it with that statement. Hope this was somewhat helpful!

I really do think they’re just friends guys, it is easy to ship them in real life because the are really close. But you can find intimacy with a best friend or friend and it not have to cross the line into that territory. They went through filming Bridgerton for 3 years, and now getting to play out their characters love stories. It makes ALOT of sense why they are comfy and touchy. OK here’s the thing they’re both actors and they’re on PR tour it could be an act they could be playing up their affection to encourage shipping rumors and publicity for the show. That being said they both admit they were friendly from the start and consider themselves friends in real life. So who knows maybe down the road they will get together. I just hope people don’t put pressure on them. If they get together it should be because they wanna get together or not because fans are hounding them. I love how self-aware the internet is of their obsession with Lukola, and after trying to fight it, has just embraced their fate. I mean, this isn't all PR. This is clearly two friends who've gotten very intimate with each other (due to the show) and have now become each other's happy place. It's high-key giving Kate and Leo, with hints of Tom and Zendaya. If I'm being honest, I think they're too compatible to not have feelings for each other, but, since Luke is most likely in a relationship with Antonia, there's a lot of stuff unsaid and avoided between them. There's an interview where they are answering etiquette questions, and they have a question that if you were invited to a wedding but your invite did not include a plus one, but you knew other unmarried friends were allowed a plus one, what would you do. And Luke answered that he would just talk to the couple and let them know he has a significant other, then he looks at Nicola and says, so you would be able to come. And she was just nodding and agreeing, but I don't think either of them realized that he had basically said she is his on an interview.
