What's the ping situation in multiplayer titles? I'm talking about a perception of a casual gamer not about numbers.

Depends on the game. Battlefield 2042 is atrocious, but it’s because of the game, not the internet. MW2 is perfect usually. If there is any noticeable lag in-game it’s very mild and very short…. maybe every second or third round. BF2042 is almost unplayable.

You’ll notice that sometimes it works great with no issues and other times you’ll be wondering if there’s a permanent issue.

So is star link worth it?
@brainhomestead6 Жыл бұрын
It largely depends on what other service you have available. In my opinion, if your other option is higher than 30Mbps, I would stick with that until StarLink gets more satellites in space. If you are like where I live and only have a very slow DSL connection, StarLink is way better.

13.8 MB/sec or 13.8Mbps? If it’s 13.8MB/s, you multiple by 8 to get Mb/s. Mine runs pretty routinely around 14MB/s which is 112Mbps.
