19 things I lost in 2019 (and gained!)

This title sounds very negative. But if you watch the whole video, you'll realise that by losing these 19 things; I've gained so much! 2019 was truly life-changing for me.
My biggest achievement this year is that I survived despite a severe depression.
People always talk about the "AFTER"! How happy they are, how amazing their lives are! But they never show the "BEFORE"! They never explain the process, how they came from the BEFORE to the AFTER. Every success hides sacrifices, battles, cries and so on; there is a whole process. In this video, I share with you my personal process... How I came to wanting to end my life in January 2019, to now, where I love life with all the ups and downs that come with it!
