Hi there 🙂. For older observers, 4 mm exit pupil is most likely the upper limit, the old eyes simply won't open any wider. Another factor you guys over looked, is the bortle scale.,.. just how wide will your eyes open in 4 or 5 bortle scale skies...???

Everyone is different so the best thing to do would be to get your optometrist to measure it for you. Being you have young eyes, you are likely in the 7mm-9mm range when dark adapted.

Thanks for the feedback. We’ve made multiple adjustments to our audio quality as we learned more. Our recent episodes are balanced so it is easier to hear both us. I can’t remember when we made this adjustment…maybe around episode 80.
