Exterior inviting; needs a second exit for safety purposes ; nice floor plan would just redo all the interior finishes to suit my style & incorporate much more storage. TY

If the house was not supposed to have a residential loft, then why mention it in the title of the video? The layout is standard for such dimensions of the house. Apparently, with such initial data, it is difficult to come up with something fundamentally new.
