1911’S DO NOT “SUCK”!!!

Some of my reasoning behind why I think the 1911 is still an awesome gun! Obviously there are many better guns out there for many scenarios, but that doesn’t mean that the 1911 “sucks”. Get out there and train and find out how great of a gun this firearm still is!

Some have pointed out that I used the word “misfire” to describe the gun going off while de-cocking it. This is an incorrect term, and should be “negligent discharge”. I am aware of the difference between the two, I merely flubbed some words during filming. Videos take a lot of time and effort to make, between writing a script/outline, filming, editing, and posting. I am bound to make some mistakes and I encourage you to point them out to me when you see them.

Mine doesn't suck in fact I'm way more accurate with it than my Glock. Accuracy and shot placement clearly matters more than caliber, so the 1911 is the gun I carry. The shorty ones are easier to carry (Commander, Officer, Defender). But I'm not worried that it's going to fail on me.

@@sonofaboomer People act like they're complete junk that just jam every other magazine. Yeah sometimes you get a dud. It happens. I've seen it happen with every gun. I've even seen super expensive Wilsons that had to go back while RIA's that costed $500 worked flawlessly. It's like people are too lazy to try different magazines or ammo, or tear the gun down and clean/lubricate it. Glock is a great gun, not saying it isn't. A 1911 isn't going to get you killed. Listening to mall ninjas on the internet who shit on 1911s might.
