That was a really interesting look through the stamp album, plenty of interesting finds hidden away in the pages. Thanks for the video

I recently bought an old Lincoln Stamp Album from the same era as yours, and it has similar stamps, although thankfully had not been picked over, so actually had some nice stuff. LOVE old albums from that time; hope to find more!

In album’s like that I always put the better stamps in mounts. Nice video!

What is really interesting is the album itself. I would remove the stamps and tidy the album up. Probably worth more than the stamps. I nice early example.

Nice old album. Thee king looked like his relative because most European royalty was very extremely closely related from what I have read.

Nice album! I wonder what the plundered stamps in the first few pages were.

I am just starting to collect and learn. I recently did a slight revision of the British monarchs of the postage stamp era, and I was very chuffed to see that I am readily recognizing them on the stamps. :) I cannot add something more valuable. I, however, really enjoyed the video and looking through the album - thanks. ... I was born and grew up in the Transvaal. :)

Thank you for your comment. I have an easy way of remembering the monarchs VEGEGEC after Victoria it just goes EGEGE until Charles III. I lived in the Transvall for 10 years - did a lot of my schooling there.

@@coinsstampsandcollectibles3552 Thanks! That is a good tip. EGEGE ... one should be able to remember that.

That's a good pickup 👍 my local charity shop has 3 complete WWF stamp albums for a whopping £150 but has been brought down from £250 l, if I could, I would buy them but I'm skint at the mo 🤦♂️

£150 is a ridiculous amount of cash, £50 an album reduced from £250. They can shove it for that amount

last page 100, check them. The US stamps can be anything, also rare
