I have not added this to mod.io. Perhaps I should empty the apartments and add it. There's a shell building next to it. It could be customized or torn down.

Audio is really very low. Did you tube lower the volume on purpose? Love this track, can you provide the name or the link?

I make my track volumes low all the time, mostly to keep it from blaring when the video auto-plays so viewers are not scrabbling for the volume control. With a headset, I may have tweaked it too much.
