I only found your channel a couple weeks ago, so I have not had to wait as long as most people to see this model get finished. Still I'm really excited to see the end result. if your panel line wash is too thin, couldn't you leave the cap off for a bit so the solvent evaporates and it thickens a little?

I noticed you were using enamels for a sort of dot rendering/filtering effect. Have you tried using oil paints for that? A good palette of oil paints can do most weathering effects in one go and are very easy to work with.

Gotcha, I kno u’ve heard me say this before but u’ll love the bigger needle and nozzle for covering bigger areas. I highly recommend it. And it wasn’t too expensive, I think both cost me like $35-$40 total and it covers things so much faster.

It always depend on your skill and and your airbrush. Every person is different. I cannot really use spray, but I am ok on air brush if I got a $50~75 airbrush.

You can get pretty good results with a spray can, bit the best thing about airbrushing is all the control! You can spray really fine areas, ideal for preshading. You can custom mix any color you want and even have so many more color options straight out the bottle. And also more efficient. Spray cans have a wide spray so you waste a lot of paint, airbrush is very focused and precise
