1928 Classic Yacht Euphemia II: Old owners happen to see boat while on Salt Spring Island.

Here Gleed family members (including daughter of previous owner who remembers the boat well) happen upon the boat.
The mechanic/marina owner mentioned was Bentzin who briefly owned the boat after the Gleeds - facilitating its transition to Canadian ownership.
These folks later told a Moody family member (owner before them) about the visit. She, Elizabeth Campbell (nee Moody), got in contact with current owner in 2023 and also shared memories of the boat. ie once was stolen and was pressed into service with the Coast Guard during WWII.
