1928 REO Flying Cloud Gets Closer To 100 Years On The Road

It was back n April 2017 that RIDE-CT visited Bill Needham of New Hartford, CT and learned about his 1928 REO Flying Cloud. It took a while to run into him again, but last weekend he had the REO at a car show and reported the only recent change to the car has been new upholstery.
