That's a cool "favorites" preset mechanism. Reminds me of Philco's concentric preset tuning.

That speaker originally had a flexible leather ring between the metal frame and paper cone. Probably rotted away over time. I've seen guys cut a new ring out of a piece of chamois leather like the kind used for drying cars.

It sure does look like a model 64. The service info at nostalgia air includes a chassis drawing and it matches what you have exactly. The tube lineup is: 1-37, 3-42, 1-78, 1-6A7, 1-6B7 and a 5Z3 rectifier.

Looks like this radio was not well cared for at all! Makes me sad when this kind of thing happens. Where did you find it? Anyway, have you got plans for the restoration?
