1938 Fairchild 24 to Kentucky

My plane is a poor man’s Lancair 360 (Skystar Pulsar III with 120hp, 3300 Gen-4). I mention this only to provide perspective into my aviation focus being polar opposite of Pietempol… But THIS Pietenpol looks absolutely So Dang Cool!! The paint scheme, the colors, the wood finishes, the propeller and especially THE art deco front grill!! I hope you have a full feature video about it. I’m going to search your channel for it.

I was wondering about the Canadian registration but I see you changed it to an NC. Was that the original? Did you have to paint or were the Canadian registration numbers decals that could be removed?

What Horsepower is the Ranger engine on the F-24 and was the radial engine version more or less HP on the aircraft.
