Dear, I live in The Neherland, I have this sicknes since my early childhood. When they decoverd this first they gave me antibica injection en later 30 years ago I had an operation, But after 30 years I have it again the same sieckness. My dokter sent me to Lab and they found a bacteria. Now my Doktor advices me to use Fusidine ointment Antibiotoc and to clean my nose with Nasal rinse salt. What is your advice to me?

You recommended using this specific nasal douche formula, but I've read that sodium borate can be toxic if used frequently. And it could also irritate the nose and potentially cause long-term damage. I'm interested in trying this nasal douche, but my concern about the health risks associated with sodium borate is holding me back. So what is your opinion? Is sodium borate safe?

Sodium diborate act as an antiseptic and buffers the bicarbonate in the solution.There is no evidence showing health risk in douching

Hi hope you’re well, I have just been diagnosed with this I am currently doing saline nasal douching with around 2.5g of salt and 4 drops of glycerin to 8oz of water is this adequate or should I be doing more as I still feel dry and crusty inside my nose?

Glucose in glycerine is the ideal one. 25%glucose in Glycerine. Salt will increase dehydration and crusting.

@@HannahEast2012 add 25gm of glucose in 100ml glycerine. Use as drops (5-6drops five times a day or apply to nose as paint).

Nobody considering my problem even i briefly explain what happened...Because of this miscommunication i have 2 lakhs wasted😭😭... My Actual problem is I had mastoidectomy surgery in Govt hospital in 2014..Training persons perfomed my surgery in hospital..They done well..but they blocked Eustachian tube..Since that postop i have been suffering negative pressure issue in ear..No Air ventillation going to middle ear...Discharge Accumulating in middle ear..Train horn Sound constantly...i dont know why they blocked my eustachian tube whether it was mistake or negligence towards me😭😭... Even i do vasalva manuever the air doesnt goes to Right ear where as air goes to left ear... because of that..Recurrent cholesteotoma infections occuring madam... Who will Solve my problem madam😭😭
