1940's Vintage Spam Fritters

We bought a Vintage Cook Book from 1946 and decided to reproduce some of the recipes from that era. In this video we prepare Spam Fritters as in the recipe in the book and it uses streaky bacon as well as the spam. Let's see what they turn out like.
