Nice uncirculated 1943 cents from any of the three mints can be purchased for less than $25.00. Circulated specimens are dirt cheap. They’re actually fairly common.

I have a lot of 43 pennies that i bought at a yard sale and searched them with gloves on because they look like they have never been moved and found a 1943 S and the 4 and s was hardly able to see, wonder if it is the one that they are talking about in this coin collection of it being the one with the error on it, it is in MS and don't know if it is worth sending off, the last one cost me $77 and was not what I thought it would be but this one i know is the error one i see on here like Twins.

I have a complete set from each mint of these pennies. They are in A kit that I bought when I was in my twenties I am now 55 years old. They are in a blue cardboard stating that they are war time pennies they are in zinc and I also have them in the Brown. Stating that they are war time pennies yeah they are all steel pennies what could they be worth? I've never touched them with my fingers they are pressed in cardboard. Go to your local coin shop; typically, 1943 cents are worth ~0,25$ and mercury dimes sell for their silver melt value (below 2$).
