Thanks! Mostly original, it has a dropped axle, reverse eye spring, and lowering shackles. 15" rims, 12V conversion, electric wipers, custom interior etc....

My vote is for the moldings being body color whatever that may be (patina,satin). Either way your car looks great and sounds like it puts a smile on your face, sometimes that's all that matters. ✌😁

Well you've probably got the coolest daily driver in Canada! I find modern cars are uncomfortable and awkward to drive so I never understand why people try to make their old cars drive like one. Oh and the interior looks fantastic, I think the garnish mouldings would look good all painted up.

Agreed. I enjoy the experience of driving something old. Modern cars, and old cars upgraded to drive like modern cars are so boring and dull. I like shifting, and actually feeling in my hand the linkage move. The way a steering box feels compared to a rack and pinion. It’s an experience, and makes you feel engaged and part of the car. Modern cars don’t have that. It’s no wonder texting and driving is such a big problem, people now are so removed from the driving experience, that they’re looking towards their phones just to keep them entertained.

It also doesn't help that the manufacturers encourage inattentive driving by filling the interior with unnecessary gadgets that will be obsolete in 5 years. History has proven that simplicity is the key to reliability and longevity, but sensationalism sells better.
