I absolutely love the car but they spend all that money on this beautiful looking car I still didn't see any seat belts how do you drive a car like this so beautiful except if you're driving it in a parade and even then I don't know if you could drive it legally without seatbelts I'm sorry folks I just didn't see no seat belts if I had my way I would never wear one but because it is a law everywhere in the country and every state in the Union to have to wear a seatbelt legally you have to wear one

Lloyd, we've explained before how that isn't a blanketly true statement. Yes it is good practice to wear one, yes you should & it is mostly illegal to not. BUT there are exceptions and each state is different. IL is one of those states with some exemptions.
