1950 Studebaker look to the heavens for inspiration the celebrated styling consultant Raymond Loewy decided his staff. Soon came the “bullet-nose” with unmatched in Studebaker's previous 48 years of auto production. Bob Bourke, bullet-nose idea had been on his drawing board since 1940. Few changes later among them was a protruding nose with flanking pontoon fenders suggesting the front of an airplane. Lowey was later quoted, "We aimed at the light, fast impression of an airplane ... a feeling of motion and speed." 1950 Studebaker is the best-looking car in its class welcome to the “Next Look.”

The undercarriage detail is immaculate. 1950 Studebakers boast a new double-A-arm front suspension, with Champion featuring tubular shocks mounted inside a "long-travel" coil springs, and an antiroll torsion bar in front. This Studebaker just floats down the road. Let’s not over look the 15” smoothie hubcaps. This are almost impossible to find.
The Champion with its distinctive panoramic rear window. Interior has been done in red leather with deluxe red trim around the doors, sun visors, and red hand grips. Plus, stainless-steel rocker-panel and window moldings, steering wheel with chrome horn half-ring and the iconic Studebaker crest center cap. The metallic silver dash and light grey carpet this interior is a public acceptance best ever in show award! All the gauges have been restored with bright chrome, white faces and black markings. Even the radio is a work of art.

The masterpiece rest under the hood. The 169ci boast Wieland manifold, Carter Red dual carbs, and a finned aluminum head. The custom exhaust with dual tips and Magnaflow muffler makes the correct rumble. All the chrome and is show ready. All the glass is clean and clear. The seals have been done. Painted in Oyster white this Studebaker Champion is a class act.
