Glad you made a part 2 for the Lawn boy, Greg. I really appreciate the old mowers. I especially like the simplicity of them. No kill/safety stops and all the warning labels. Haha.

Starts good, runs good not smoking a lot. When frustration gets the best of you success is all that much better. I wish I had my old Iron Horse but I sold it a long time ago. I hope you'll try twisting it with your hand some time. Mine had what looked like teeth on the front of it. I always got my fingers stuck in them when I had to pick it up.
@gregsmowersandmore5878Ай бұрын
I already sold this one to a friend.who is planning on doing a total restoration on it. I have no doubt it probably would start with just a hand turn though it runs really good. Glad it brought back some memories of yours. Maybe you'll come across another one someday. Thank you for watching. God bless

Looking at that air cleaner cup I think I have a carb for that thing. Barking dogs have never bothered me unless it's after midnight they decide to sing. Can't wait to see that ol' guy run. Try twisting it with your hand to start it. Then you know it's running good. Always made kind of a squeaking sound when it turned over to start. Thanks for the great video. P.S. Thanks for calling that screwdriver a "flat bladed screwdriver". It drives me crazy when guys call them a "flat headed screwdriver". It's a slotted screwdriver just as a philips screwdriver drives philips screws. OK, I'm better now.

Ralph thank you for your comments. It certainly is a good running mower. I sold it to a friend of mine who plans on giving it a full restoration. Glad you enjoyed the video. Appreciate you watching. God bless
