Awesome tutorial, I went to Napa and they couldn't find a oil filter for my 1947 fleetline or tell me how many liters it takes.

It depends on which “beehive” or canister your car has. there were several different types the most common that I’ve ran into carries the fram C - 4 element filter.

I can’t understand why some people feel the need to do away with the reliable old points and condenser systems green those solid state “ upgraded” electronic ones can (and do) fail suddenly without warning. Probably the same guys who use vise grips on the drain plug instead of the proper sized wrench.😊

I can’t speak for everyone, but I can explain that the reason I do away with the points. Its because the modern points breakers are made from is substandard alloys and garbage that doesn’t last but only a few months under every day use. I’m sure the Pertronix do fail at some point. I’ve just never seen it in over 10 years of using them.

she's going to grow up knowing how to take care of her own car and not allowing a lowlife to take advantage of her in a repair shop
