I noticed that you have the fresh air intake pipe going into the fender. I have a 53 with a LS1 in it and am looking to do something similar to improve my fresh air flow. Can you outline where you placed the air filter? Pictures would also be great if you have them. Thanks

Fantastic truck! I’m just seeing this and am doing a similar swap (LS3/6L80e) on a REVO chassis (but mine is a 3/4 ton 125” wheelbase). I noticed yours is not tubbed; what wheels/tires did you use? I assume yours is bagged (mine’s not). What brakes/rearend ratio did you use (I have a 3.5 and 14” rotors/6 piston calipers)? Did you use a stock manifold or headers? I like the fuel filler through the fender instead of through the bed.

Thanks!! Tires are 235/40R18 front and 255/40R18 rear on 18x8 and 18x9 Detroit Steel Artillery Wheels. It has coil-overs, not airbags. 2" Drop Spindle and 2" Stepped Rear Rail. Afco Pro Touring Single-adjustable coilovers Baer 11" 4-Piston Brakes front/rear Headers are Sanderson Long-Tubes (Hooker electric cut-outs and Magnaflow Mufflers too) 9-inch Rear Diff with 4.11 gear ratio

Did you use the Sanderson part # c7LS long tube headers? Did they fit without modifying the frame rails next to the engine? Does your chassis use the stock frame rails? Wondering what fits! Thank you.
