Don’t change the engine. You already have the dual exhaust, that sound is the best ever. You don’t need a v8, heck, every body does that. If you need more power, swap in a 292 c.I. 6 cyl, or the great 250 c.I. 6 cyl., if you get lucky, find the 307 c.I. GMC, 6 cyl. A lot of people used to swap out the flathead ford and put the GMC engine in as a high torque alternative. You could have put in a clip of the engine sound, not just at the end.
