I recently was watching the last live concerts of Steve Vai whom I am following for certain reasons. You know what? These variations of just this one guitar and it's presently player were electrifying me ...a little ..more😂 Maybe in a recall, it is simply the message within time and timing. You can see in the video that the guitar is plugged into a silverface PR. That's it. Unless you mean the mics used or something

​@@goeri2 You wish what was true, that you could see the cable? I mean if it's a medical thing I can't help with that but if you have working eyes/glasses try pausing around 3:48 when he leans back. You can clearly see the entire cable run from the guitar to the amp. It's a single cable. Nothing else in the path. And that '73 PR doesn't have an effects loop. With a strat you need to turn a PR up to 7+ to get into this kind of breakup. I don't know how hot 1953 P90s are, but they might get there a little sooner.

On an iPad, for instance, as I’m viewing this now, I can’t read the name on the amp. If I were more familiar with the lineup, it’s probably obvious, but I’m not so it isn’t. Also, I’d like to know if the amp is vintage or a reissue, or whatever….
