@@FannysHouseofMusic enjoy is an understatement, this thing rips I somewhat disagree about the hum drum at low volume but I totally agree that you dont need any bigger than this(maybe just an extension cab sometimes).

How does it compare to a silverface champ? Both have 6v6 and 12ax7 I think? But this amp has a 10” speaker and the champ an 8”? Does it have more low end? Or are they completely different sounding amps?

tim van der Most great question. To our ears, this one seems to break up faster and have more midrange overall. Silverface champ feels a little more balanced and clean, but still breaks up. Maybe a good analogy would be the Valco is like a Tubescreamer and the Champ is like a Klon!
