@@ClassicTruckRescue I'm STILL stuck on the tri-five cars Rick. I never could afford one. Yes, I'm also big on the tri-five pick-up trucks, as my father had a '57 Chevy pickup for a very short time. It had issue getting oil to the top end, so the local shop ran a metal line to bring oil up there. A "common" problem with the sixes back then?????

Oh man, that '71 or '72 Cheyenne, or whatever it is, is drop-dead gorgeous! I want one in a long bed, and think that those, with the two tone and all of the chrome, are among the best looking pick'm ups GM ever produced! Even the instrument panel and gauges are captivating to look at. Think I might actually prefer the '55 to '59-or-whatever instrument panels though. This feller does have good taste - even that S10 is a good looking rig!

I have Steal round plate with 1957 Corvette hard Red & White plus Chrome by cousin Nancey found in 2018 for Birthday present so mint shape ! Not sure paid for in $ or gotten from but mint condition it is Rick and so awesome to! But I know she did because it was first 1957 Corvette car I Restoration to and did in 2000 year in same colors too as steal plate ! Plus she know like my classic vechiles and do excellent job fix up vechiles to restoration on anything from GM, Ford, Chrysler or anything name it at her families business since 2000 and love challenges too! Plus do farm tractors classic too 👌 😎 cool on try plus ones changed on too something if we have to also because hard find parts for like motor or transmission or axle depends on owners to !

I'm interested in that old 50 suburban. But ladies first. I am always floored and impressed by how much Jamie is into the older vehicles and not just the mid to late 50s. She was eyeing at red and white Chevy pick up wow you were talking about I think that 48 Ford whatever it was convertible. Sorry I was on the Chevy truck for myself. Your friend there has some beautiful vehicles finished and under construction. What about the 60 Chevy station wagon? Is he wanting to lighten his load by selling that as well? I know several people that would be interested. At least three or four and maybe he can get a bidding war started if he wanted. Here's my thoughts on that 50 suburban on the bronco chassis small block Chevy with Jeep etc etc. If you would be interested, how much for you to pick it up and finish putting it back together where it's drivable.? I'm not worried about some of small stuff like the seats. Heck I've got an egg crate or two haha. If you got time and we desire the content for your channel. I would of course want more details and pictures of its present condition. My concern is what's under the paint? I can see they did not flash in around the rear door jams. Was it just primer wash and then painted ? And I don't know how old the footage this is. That train may have left the station already. He was talking about some party in July for the good guys. And I've got the feeling he meant July of 22. And you're not having that kind of weather right now. So I won't say anything more about it but if you care to reply on it I'd appreciate it. I still have that 1948 GMC oil well drilling truck. I've grown up around those late 40s to mid fifties body style. Now that I'm older I have a more appreciation. I had a neighbor that would have given me one that was nearly perfect back when I was younger than 20 and I did not take it. Fantastic episode. My wife even commented on Jamie's enthusiasm

I didn't think I'd be excited at the prospect but I feel my interest rapidly heating up! I recently picked up a 65 Travelall so I don't really need another project...but on the other hand I can see my life completely changing direction if I let it happen. Lot of sweet rigs in this video!

Awesome video Rick!! That green suburban that had all the NAPCO 4x4 running gear is definitely my favorite one of all and then probably the 1972 pickup witch I had one and ended up selling it!!! Definitely some awesome Vehicales for sure!!! I’d definitely love to get a napco pickup truck that I could work on!!! I’m definitely really big into 4x4 pickups!! Heck what do you think that the suburban would go for if it was sold???? Man I loved that rig!!! Heck I’d probably even trade my duramax for it!!! Lol!!

The 55-59 Suburbans and Carryalls have been going way up. I've seen them selling for over 75,000 consistently. I just picked up 3 of them, Film at 11!

I call that truck "Boomer". It is a 1955 GMC mounted onto a 2007 F-250 King Ranch Chassis. Yes, I still have it. It is my Dream Truck, covered up and patiently awaiting a spot in my new shop.
