Haha you got me to click. Had to see how one of those could possibly hit 81 mph! Still pretty sweet, cool outboard.

I admit I've not heard of this brand name. I do have a few old OMC outboards, including a Gale made or two. One is a Buccaneer, and of course Sea King. I was born and raised in the N end of Idaho, my Dad, when I grew up, worked for an NAPA store. The owner held the Johnson Franchise, so Dad on top of other parts store duties, was the Johnson mech. He also had to work on other oddball brands which came in the door, Elgin, Lauson, etc.

So close to 88. If you add a flux capacitor and squeeze out just a little more power, you' ll have a time machine! 😂

Thanks, but I know it was 18mph. 81 is just a way to get people to watch. It's a common KZbin practice. Some call it 'click-bait'. Thanks for watching 👀
