just went to a show in utah, 10 57 chevys and a 59 desoto adventure convertible in white and a 57 fury in red and a 59 desoto hardtop black, nobody paid attention to any of the chevys the entire show, everybody hovered over the late 50 mopars, from 55 to 59 mopars dominated everything, power, cornering, looks style etc.

You are smart to run the exhaust out the bottom instead of through the bumper. Exhaust through the bumpers was ridiculous because it mess up either the paint or the bumpers depending on the particular car.

When I was a kid in the early-60's and these cars were maybe not common...they of course never sold like Chevys and Fords... but there were numbers of them "in circulation" driving around because they were just 5 year old used cars at the time....that's EXACTLY what I recall was my first thought...Caddies, too.

He misspoke. Hemi went away after 1957 for Dodge and Desoto. 1958 the only Hemi was offered in the Imperial and New Yorker. (392)

6:50 What were they discussing , LOL , She has a body like my wife , and a voice and personality like one of my girlfriends , My Parents had a 57 Fireflite 4 Dr Hardtop red and white ,Dad Broke the Thermometer speedometor with plenty power left . He bought Mom a black 60 Adventurer , that beautiful dashboard with eradiscent lighting .red black and whiter interior .
