@Nisha chambiyal ok well #1, Britian was not the only country that killed millions overseas (probably in the hundreds of thousands, but not millions). And neighboring countries have killed and enslaved each other for centuries. So should you take them out of the UNSC? 2nd, everyone treated everyone like dirt. Literally a couple hundred years ago if you weren’t protected or trading partners or something with another country you were easy pickings for enslaving or killing. And they did not introduce racism. Racism has been a thing since the beginning of different skin colors. If you’re talking about how they “introduced racism” as in the American Atlantic Slave Trade, take the North Africans/other Africans that also sold their neighbors (one less country next to you, more food and land for you) off the UNSC. And no, they didn’t reach the world what a class system was. Class systems have been around since the first civilizations. There’s poor, moderately poor, wealthy, a bit wealthy, and a lot wealthy. Boom, class system. And those were all the acts of the people that aren’t alive now, who’s ideals would be shunned by modern day Britain. Britain has provided a lot for world organizations like the UN, being a first world country in a world without too much first world countries. And as for the South America thing, I have no idea why. But if we were to take Britain out from the UN that would probably spell some conflicts from leaders.

its actually depressing, the amount of times I've been told on the internet how I, as an Indian person, should be thankful to colonialism. Clearly British schools teach kids absolutely NOTHING about the ruthless terrors they committed in India and ,I assume ,the rest of their colonies. I'm sure countries don't need to be colonised to get railway systems lmao.
@vijaykoul51473 жыл бұрын
Dude, the internet currently is dominated by Europeans and it is obvious they are not gonna accept their ancestors ruthless crimes. So they just cover it by saying it was good for you anyways because we had given you a railway system and we just took your 46 trillion dollars from your country. Not a big deal you are just suffering from poverty and we got BBC for it and they would criticize on that also and the things that europeans think is that they gave the whole world the knowledge about the truth but countries like India, Greeks, Egyptians already knew that before them and the biggest thing that they can't accept is that asians are hardworking af. So they already knew if we will not put them down, the asians would soon take over the world with their power but even now they are super jealous about asians and the way we develop our societies and even now we our way behind but 21st century would change the whole scenario of this world and soon you would see asian countries rising their GDP and Per capita income.

America not considered colonial power but did have the Philippines. Philippines wanted independence and got it freely. Then they wanted USA Military bases closed in the 1990's and got it. The Chinese knowing the USA military was no longer there to protect them took some islands from them. They also wish now they never got independence since the are trying to move to USA and if they had citizenship under a USA territory they would not have to go to Dubai and Oman to work and just come to America. You want and example the Marshall Islands. Half the country has left for USA. HA HA!

the debate had 4 participants, it wasn't one between Hindus and Muslims. She also encouraged the Filipino representative to speak.
