ACTUALLY CA. REQUIRED A 1 PIECE BUMPER FOR SAFETY, AS THE 3 PIECE ONES WERE NOT AS STRONG, SO THEY COULDN'T SELL THEM HERE IN CA. SO AT THE FACTORYS INSTALLED ONLY 1 PIECE BUMPERS. YOU CAN TELL RIGHT AWAY IF IT WAS MADE IN DAN JOSE CA WITH THE 1 PIECE BUMPER.
