Every year, usually in the winter, I have throw away days in my shop. It usually takes about a week to get rid of stuff that just normally piles up when you work in a shop. My shop only has two bays so it’s imperative that I keep the space open to work.

Yes, it takes some time, but will open the thermostat after 20-30 min of run time.:)
