very informative videos. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I have an observation on the first gear walkout in this video. It looks to me like the shaft within the teeth is being worn. Looks like its possible the free gear is binding on the shaft (lay gear) causing the walkout as evident by the slots on the shaft (lay gear as you call it). Just an observation...Not sure if its accurate or what the solution could be but seems like defective parts or some machining for clearance may be in order. Thanks again!
