My dad had one of those with a 1275 swap, he had it for 35 years and recently sold it, I hope I can buy it back some day because he really loved it

@12:47 That is a wonderful forward-tilt (@5:32) and latch (@10:21) mechanism. You need to make the plans available to the Bugeye/Frogeye world! Respect.

That is a beautiful restoration. I didn't realize this vehicle had a unibody.

What happened to the removable hard top? Very collectible and the best part.

Great restoration, ive always had a huge soft spot for sprites and other British motors of the age. I'm sot sure why, but I always assumed these were a fiberglass body, or atleast the front clam shell, but thinking of the age, I'm pretty sure the C1 corvette was the first fiberglass car.

Hello, just curious cause I’ve been interested in restoring a bugeye myself, how much did this beautiful restoration cost?.. just like an estimated cost would be helpful. Thanks

Great work but not a fan of that colour. Doesn't suit the car at all and makes it look like a fibreglass replica !

+1. Amazing restoration but you lost me with the colour. Looks odd to me.
