Hi! As a complete beginner sewer, I have just picked up this pattern from Joann’s and am following your tutorial to make the dress! Do you have any suggestions for me that you didn’t include in the video that may make it easier or simpler for a beginner like myself? I’ve never sewn anything before 😊

wait how did you cut the front piece? did you flip it and double what is on the pattern?

👋 the front piece is cut on the fold - lay the fabric on the folded fabric and cut so when you open the fabric it’s the complete full front piece
