Yoo thanks man I really appreciate that! I’m super excited, tomorrow I’ll be pulling the rear of the car to get started on the swap. Go check out my 55’ Ford Customline build while you’re at it. I’ve recently decided to swap the body onto my BMW e39 so that build is about to get really interesting once I get a proper working welding machine this week 🤙

This looks like it's going to be a really fun project! That engine is not from a WRX though, that's a SOHC EJ25, most likely an EJ253

It’s already been a lot of fun. Just finished bodywork on a VW beetle hood in trade for the transaxle that I’ll be using in it. Currently on the hunt for a VW type 1 rear suspension setup to swap into it this weekend. But oh word, I was told it was out of a WRX but I honestly know the least about Subarus, just learning as I go with this one. I’ll have to look into it, the only stamp on the engine only says EJ25 but I’ll be doing some more research tonight 🤙
