The car in question at the 2:39 segment is an early 60's TVR Grantura later renamed TVR Griffith .Vicious little car ,produced in England weighing in about 1600 or so lbs,...fibreglass body with a tubular frame powered by a hypo 289 Ford engine as in the same exact one used in the 289 Cobra.

I believe it's TVR Griffith...289 Ford powered with the same engine/ transmission supplied in the 289 Cobra except it weighs under 2000 lbs .
