1963 Chrysler 300J Discovery Part 2

We go under the dash to explore wiring, we remove the gas tank, replace a transmission mount. We give the interior a bath. This car power windows work only with the key on and we find the relay that does that. We use a new 1962 headlight switch, fits fine, works fine.

My Dad had a ‘64 when I was in high school. It was all black. The interior was vinyl. Not sure how true all this was to the “300” spirit. At the end of my senior year I got into an accident and insurance totaled it. I will be forever sorry about that, while grateful nobody got injured.
