Back in 1968, I bought a Ford Falcon Futura from a guy only a couple of years older than me. At the time it had the 260. It was dark green with a black Convertible top. It had a black interior with a Hurst three speed on the floor. This was before air shocks were popular and it had spring shackles to raise it up in the back and side pipes coming out in front of the rear wheels. I blew the 260 up but I found a 289 out of a wrecked Ford Mustang. With that, it was like a rocket for a high school kid. I'm 73 now and I wish I had it back. Hind sight really is 20/20

My father has a 1963 Ford sprint falcon! He has owned since 1963 all original, in fact it looks very much like this falcon!

Back in its day,,it seemed like a small car, but now an average modern size. That is a nice style too..If I didn't have my Fairlane, I'd be interested..

Looks very nice. I had a similar 63-1/2 Futura, 69~71. It was originally white, I got it painted vermilion at Earl Scheib’s. Looked similar to your car. Unfortunately mine had a 170 with 3-on-the-tree. It also had a bench seat, red interior. The original vinyl was pretty stiff, almost like a flexible plastic. I loved that underpowered, non-synchro car. My parents traded it in and did musical cars. I would rather have kept it. Your car looks good and like what I wish mine was. It’s interesting they still look after 60 years.

My Dad had one when I was about 11 years old. I'm 70 now. He was drunk and ran off the road at high speed into a huge ditch. He squeezed the Steering wheel so hard that the sides touched sides of the steering column. First time I'd ever seen my Mom cry. At the Time I didn't know if she was upset over my Dads drinking or the car being totaled. I think now it was both.

My brother had a 63 until I totaled it. His didn’t have factory seat belts. Those may be aftermarket. His had bucket seats in front.

video! Love to build an old school Ford like this, but these guys would hate me! It would have a 408 with a tremic 5 speed in it! Or a Coyote, na, I don't have a Coyote!!

..Not perfect, but very nice, except for those oversize rims on it...put the stock wheels and wheel covers back on it, or some period correct 14" mags or ralley wheels, and I'm in!..I'd rather have a car like this than a perfect one, anyway..you can drive these!... :)
