Osborn you have done a great job on this video. Even the color comes through from 1963. I never wanted a valiant but after watching this I’d take a 60s valiant in good shape tomorrow. Kudos!

my parents just bought me my first car, its a 64 valiant with the 225 slant 6. Seeing these commercials reminds me that this car came from a completely different era. Lets just say im am a very prowd owner of it.

A lot of those photographs come from the showroom brochure, which is a prize.

My mother was pissed when my dad bought this car, two door standard on the column, baby blue, white top

My first car was a '63 four door. It was three years old and I paid $900 for it. I eventually had a 273 cu. in. V-8 / 4-speed installed. I could blow away 350 Novas with it. It WAS hard on rear differentials though! I blew two and the kid I sold it to blew one. Those power shifts were nasty!

Who's the one prick that disliked this video??? And why???
@OsbornTramain6 жыл бұрын
Up until recently, I've had a "hater" because of my name embedded....the guy kept commenting, I'd block and then he'd create a new profile and I'd block and again and again....I suspect it was him. It makes no sense you'd "not like" an old historical film.....just one of the whacko youtube jerks out there, seriously...lol over five thousand views and a guy clicks dislike, the one and only. People want to copy and down load, but if my name is embedded, then they can't upload to their site...it's complicated. But crazies are out there.

valiants were fantastic cars! you could go vanilla, or go hot.. the slant 6 was indistinguishable, the 225cu in. was the finest! signet was the way to go,but the v2oo wasn't bad either. I had a 64 convertible, and a 70 duster, also a 74 dart sport, all in the family lol... cheers 🍾🍾🍾🏳️🌈

Didn't Gary Owens do a voice over for the 1965 Acadian (Canadian Chevy Nova)?

I wish some company would make a reasonable sized car that looks like a traditional car... I want a simple, rear drive 4 door mid-sized... Only needs a 4 cylinder and it should look like a traditional car.. Basically beyond BMW... which is silly in price, nothing available.. So I'm stuck with my mediocre 2016 Chrysler 200...

The best looking Valiant ever. The fastback comes second. These are the only mopars that I would take over the Nova or the falcon
