I was on the auction block in 2006 filming the action at Mecum Kissimmee Florida. At this auction, I filmed a very rare 1963 Chevy Z11 Impala that ultimately sold for $285,000.00 Thousand Dollars.

Yep those were the days $600 AAR Cuda, $1800 RT SE Challenger and 650 for a 70 RT Challenger lady wanted to sell it stitches coming out of seat wanted a dove gray 77 T Bird. And for you young fellows out there that's running turn key. With the factory breeders on them.

Hard for me to watch this... Had a '63 Impala/ with a 283.young n stupid, i gave it to my girl friend. Payed 300 was in great shape too... If i knew then what i kno now..

Even then I always knew these cars were going to go up in value. This is why I always kept my 1965 Impala SS, my 63 Chevy C10 Truck and my 67 GTO.

I had many they are not a good as you remember they did not stop compared to new cars they where not fast and most old people would not sit in one for more than ten minutes oh I forgot hot in the summer over heating carbs flooding I worked on the junk I still help guys who want to drive the things and don't know how to fix them
