I just searched online until I found a metal one using the 1964 Lincoln as the main search tool. It wasn't expensive, like $8.00.

@@JettersGarage thank you alright I’ll start searching then for the same - looks like a 3/4” diameter if I’m not wrong… cool! I sourced all the other numerous bits… need to get to it

I think it was a FODZ3518B genuine ford sleeve.
