A genuine matching number 1964 series 1. The number plate is included. Authenticity has been confirmed by the Lotus Cortina register.
The car is supplied with the green log book, a number of old MOT's, photos during the body restoration and invoices relating to the restoration carried out in 2018. The original hand book and workshop manuals including the Lotus supplement are also included in the file.

Launched in 1963 as the Consul Cortina Sports Special. The Press called them the Lotus Cortina and the name stuck. A true 1960's classic ideal for events and racing.
During the restoration uprated suspension struts and anti roll bar, modified A bracket, propshaft, pre engage starter motor, cooling fan, full roll cage, brake bias cylinders and linkage were fitted
The engine was fully rebuilt by Mass Racing and dyno tested to 174BHP.
The car is supplied with spare rebuilt gearboxes and differentials.
Like all our cars, this Lotus will be supplied fully checked over and serviced and with a new MOT. It will also by HPI checked and if sold for use within the UK, will come with a comprehensive warranty.
