My 1st car - Black w White leather interior, 2dr, 389 cu in. "Wide Track Pontiac" Absolutely loved it, sold when I went to war in 1968.

My first car was a 1964 Pontiac Bonneville 389 four barrel. I bought it in 1974 for $150 with 27,000 original miles. I know they were original because my Grandfather bought the car new.

I've got an owners manual from a '64 full sized Pontiac. The ones with air conditioning had only one of the three gauges. The remainder of that space was for the center vent.
