Nice car and video, I had one of my spacers in the firewall that was missed by the VW shop 25 years ago that I found with a magnet inside the firewall when I replaced mine last week. Good tips.

Dumb question are there two small little Halo spacers inside of the firewall the wall that the master cylinder attaches to help strengthen everything when you go to push the pedal

If I recall correctly, yes there was. You're talking about little sleeves where the bolts go through, right?

It should be the same procedure as my 64. Remove the left front wheel for access to it. The only difference I believe is the location of the fluid reservoir.
