Gorgeous car I had a beautiful 65 Caprice. I sold it and I wish I didn't. It was a four door but a real nice 4 door hardtop. I might pick up a 66 4 door Caprice with a 396 low miles blue with black vinyl top. I'm binge-watching Caprice videos.

I had a 66 caprice, same color, no vinyl top, hat top, drove over a set of railroad tracks and the leaf springs endedup going through the trunk, I would drive down the highway and sometime the latch for the hood would let go and the hood would fly open. I ended up junking the car unfortunately.

I don't think it matters when these old cars of the early 60s don't have AC. AC didn't really take off until the 70s but it is nice. Can someone add AC to a car that didn't come with it?

I would think the lack of a compressor is a dead giveaway that there’s no a/c.
