I miss both my '66s. I had a 2 door hardtop from '82-'06 and a wagon from '90-'00. Both were Sandalwood Tan with Fawn interiors. The hardtop was a two-tone with a Cameo Beige roof. Both were 195 hp 283/'Glide cars with factory air.

A true beauty!! I really loved this car. My first car was 3:12 a super pretty maroon color! Only negative was rust, especially on the driver's side.

Especially if you were lucky enough to know about (and order) the L-79 327 for your Chevy II. Only 200 produced!!!

Once again the Nova wagon is top choice.

The chart at 0:23 seems to have a major mistake. Sport coupe (hardtop) is shown as being available in the 100 series only.
@TheSteeleGarage Жыл бұрын
@KDoyle4 you have a good eye and you are correct. The chart has the availability of the sport coupe and 2-dr. sedan reversed. The sport coupe was only available with the Nova and Nova SS and the 2-dr sedan was only available on the 100 Series. The chart however shows the exact opposite. As I'm going through my collection of these films (probably have 100+ of them) it seems that mistakes are common.

In the sixties drag car guys used to use wagons as tow vehicles and we're seen throughout the pits. Drag guys being drag guys there might have been several 4speeds.

In Canada, also called Pontiac Beaumont.

I have a Canadian Nova that is not an Acadian. I even had Canada’s Vintage Vehicle Service verify it and send me a signed and sealed letter. 🇨🇦 🇺🇸

I thought they were Acadian’s?
@KashedАй бұрын
@@rickyredhookbk9048 Yes, the Canadian version of the Nova’s were Acadians. But there were a small number of Nova’s built in Canada with Canadian serial numbers and parts that weren’t labeled as Acadian’s. They were just sold as Nova’s. I got the Canadian names confused. The Chevelle’s were called Beaumont’s.
