1966 Harley Davidson FL Shovelhead Project Part 2 HD 1080p

The ongoing saga of this disassembly. Today I find out that this thing has a belt drive but it's damaged. Also, the transmission needs to come out. A deadline has been set to get the engine and transmission out and stress is rising.

Why is the part of the clutch adj. cable called the mouse trap?

I’m not sure of the exact origin but I’d imagine it’s because it snaps like a trap

I've got a kobalt impact it's okay I mean I got it for $100 used. It seems to work fine it's you know it's not a Milwaukee it's not one of those powerful ones but it's okay

Nothing wrong with that. Until I got the Milwaukee I was using air tools on a small compressor. Or all hand tools
